Postage rates

ALadder understands that efficient delivery is of importance to our customers and we aim to offer all our customers a reliable service and acknowledge expected delivery date of the goods. Your order will be despatched after we have agreed a convenient day on which you will be available to sign for the delivery.

Where possible we would aim to deliver within 4-10 working days, subject to time of order, availability of stock and excludes weekends and statuatory holidays. Note: Charges for delivery are included in the stated product price and delivered by our standard service. 

If items are to be sent abroad ALadder will provide a quotation of this cost at the time of confirming your order.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your goods arrive on time, however we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of late or non delivery of the order or any part thereof. If in the event of goods damaged in transit please ensure that you sign 'goods damaged'.

With regard to home or business delivery please ensure that it is an address where there is someone available to sign for the goods. If you have any special delivery instructions please ensure that this information is emailed to us in advance of your order being despatched.
