Complete Loft hatch door catch latch twist for wood board 22mm

A complete Twist loft hatch catch to suit a simple timber door and frame.

Fitting the loft hatch catch is easy. The loft hatch latch is supplied with a full set of fitting instructions. If a new loft hatch is required, its thickness must not exceed 22mm. A simple 90 degree quarter turn mechanism, operable with a multitude of tools/objects or you can purchase the pole to suit.

Tools needed:

Electric drill, 13mm drill bit, tape measure, pencil, adjustable spanner, screw driver bit Pozidrive - #2

If you have a Magnetic Touch Latch and the board is dropping down due to gravity or on windy days. Its time to replace with a twist catch.
