The Work at Height Regulations 2005

The work at height Regulations (WAHR) apply to all work at height where there is risk that a person could suffer a fall that is liable to cause personal injury.

Very often working at height is a necessity within the work place and the safe use of ladders is perfectly acceptable.

Under the WAHR

• Ladders can be used for access and egress
• Ladders can be used to work from
• Ladders are legal
